- Search:
After you have logged into your customer account, you may then begin shopping. You may find products by the following methods:
- Searching by: Keyword, Title, Artist or UPC
- Viewing products by categories such as "Rock" or "Gospel"
- View products by popularity, title, price, or release date
- View products under categories such as "Pre-Releases," "Bonus Offers," "Top Artists" and "New Releases"
- Details about Product:
Once you have found a product you are interested in, you can click the product picture, title, or 'details' button for more information on that particular item. Similar/variable products will be listed under the original product when available.
- Add Items:
When you have decided on a product to purchase, click the 'Buy Now' or 'Pre-Order' button to add the item to your shopping cart. Your cart may be viewed at any time during the shopping process by simply clicking "View Cart" located in the top right corner.
- Your Shopping Cart:
Placing items in your cart does not obligate you to buy. You may add/remove items at any time while shopping.
- Right Quantity?
If you would like to make changes in the quantity of a product you are buying, simply replace the number in the box labeled 'QTY' and click 'Update Changes'. This will automatically update your shopping cart information.
- Continue To Checkout:
When all items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, press 'Continue To Checkout' to complete your purchase.
- Order Summary:
On this page, you may edit your payment option and shipping information. To edit/add simply click the 'Edit/Add' button below the information you wish to change. You may choose to use your last method of payment or create a new payment method. On this page you may also select your shipping method. Click Here to view our shipping methods and rates.
- Sending A Gift?
If you are sending someone a gift you may choose to send a gift packing slip. Our gift packing slip will not show the order total. You may also choose to add a gift message!
- Ready to process?
When all changes are made and your order is correct, click 'Process Order' to finalize your purchase.
- Ordering Process Complete!
Once your order has been submitted, you will be sent to the final page in the ordering process. On this page, you will given your order number. Please make a note of this order number or click on the printable receipt link to print this information.
Where do I go from here? Once your order has been completed, may log into your account to view your order summary, track your order status or print a receipt.

Having Problems Staying Logged in?
If you cannot stay logged into your customer account, it may be a result of one of the following:
- Two people signed in:
When two people are signed in under one username (e-mail address). (Make sure you did not forget to close a previous session on another computer.)
- Cookie settings:
'Cookies' are files that your Web browser places on your computer's hard drive to help with identifying a user. Like many Web sites, we use 'cookies,' to obtain certain types of information when you visit MusiChristian.com. 'Cookies' help our customers throughout their visit to our site especially during checkout. Deleting your cookies set by your browser is quick, easy and safe. You also need to delete the second box as well, that simply says Delete Files. To help speed up your computer, you may also delete your offline files as well.

Canceling or Returning an Order
Only items that are purchased from this store may be returned. If you wish to return a gift you received, the buyer will receive the refund and be notified of the return.
You will be notified through e-mail once our Returns Department has received your returned item(s). Your refund will be issued (in the same payment method originally used for purchase) within 7-14 business days
* of our receiving your return. Again you will be notified through e-mail that your refund has been issued.
You can also view completed returns and refunds in Your Account. If the return and/or refund does not show on your account within 3 weeks from the time you had the item(s) returned, please contact our Returns Department at Returns@MusiChristian.com for further assistance.
Store credit may be given for certain returns under the discretion of the Returns Department.
